~Cabbage Casserole~ - 2 TBSP butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- cabbage
- crackers, crushed
Cut cabbage into bite size pieces and cook till tender; drain. Stir butter, soup, salt and flour together. Cook until smooth, then add milk and cheese. Be sure to add the milk and cheese last. Place cabbage in a casserole dish and cover with mixture. Cover with crushed crackers. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
