My Auntie Mary's Shortbread
1 cup of butter (unsalted)
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sifted flour (scant)
Cream Butter, add icing sugar and starch, Mix really well. Add salt and flour.
Roll out using very little flour

and bake till golden edges just starting,,,
