Toffee Cookies
1 cup butter (must be butter)
1 cup brown sugar
Combine and boil for 3 minutes
Pour over crackers that have been put on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 5 minutes or until the crackers float. Take 1 large package of milk chocolate chips and pour evenly over crackers. Wait 1 minute and spread over crackers. Cut around crackers to make them into squares. Sprinkle with crushed pacans and freeze for 1 hour.
