MOOSE BALLS

1 12oz pkg. chocolate chips
1 8oz. cream cheese (I use reduced fat)
1 8oz. cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla (I've also used almond extract)
Chocolate jimmies, crushed nuts, coconut, etc. (whatever you like)
Small paper candy cups

Melt the choc. chips in the microwave until smooth (don't overcook).  Stir in cream cheese and vanilla until cream cheese melts.  Let cool to room temperature.  When cool add Cool Whip until all mixed together.  Freeze couple of hours or overnight.

Roll chilled mixture into balls, then roll in either jimmies, nuts, etc.  Put one moose ball in paper candy cup.  Keep refrigerated.

This recipe makes quite a few moose balls - good thing - they go quickly.

Happy Holidays!
