Some of you may not be aware of a feature in PSP.  Every time you use the
browse feature to look through a folder.  ; PSP creates a file and Icon on
 your pc.

The more you use the browse the more files get added.  This takes up a lot
of valuable space on your PC!!  The good news is that you can disable this
feature very easily. And I'll show you how.  If you find these files on your
PC, they can safely be deleted.

If you go to File / Preferences in PSP click the General Program Preferences . then click on the Browser Tab - Make sure the Save Browser Files to Disk is unchecked.
Once you uncheck the save psp browse files to disc you should go through your tube folders and remove all psp browse files or the space will not be restored or you can do the following (much easier and you can do them all at once).

In Windows XP, go into "Search" - "All Files and Folders" and type in "pspbrwse.jbf".  This will bring up all browser folders already on your computer.  It is safe to delete all of them.  Just hit "edit" then "Select all" then "delete".

In Windows 98, go Start, Find Files or Folders, type in pspbrwse.jbf. This will bring up all browser folders already on your computer. It is safe to delete all of them. Just hit "edit" then "Select all" then "delete".

And trust me it will give you back quite a bit of disc space. And it is so much better for your PSP.
