Good Morning Gems!

Happy Thanksgiving Week-end to all my Canadian Friends here.

Well I am exhausted but feeling good......We were everywhere yesterday trying to show Pattie as much local "colour" as we possibly can......lol......She loves it here and if it weren't for her family back east I am sure she would relocate.......Most Canadians that don't know Winnipeg would find that amusing.....lol....We try to keep this place a secret

Last night I took a gravol tablet and it kept me asleep for at least 6 hours!!  For me that is a good night.....lol..

Made a huge pot of Borsch last night so I am about to put it in some containers for freezing and the rest to have for lunch.......Jennifer, of course, will be here for some later Can always lure her over with her favourite foods.....lol...

Tommy is gone to his paternal side till Monday afternoon.  So he won't be here for Thanksgiving Dinner but we will have plenty of leftovers for when he is here......If and when this divorce and settlement is out of the way, I am sure we won't have this type of hassles...

Got Saskatoon pie and Pumpkin pie for dessert Sunday.......Turkey and all the trimmings will be there and leftovers for a week.......lol

Tonight we are having salmon steaks to cover my need for fish......
