Got up really early this morning, made three lemon cakes; I cheated I used a cake mix, and added lemon pie filling to it.  There is to be a big 'yard' sale at the Church on the weekend. and what is a yard sale without a bake table???
I am going to my daughter's, for a couple of days, tomorrow.  I will not be back until Thursday evening.
I also had a visit from our student minister. He stayed for lunch; I made turkey soup, and tea biscuits.
I did have a nap after he left as I had been up since five.
Maggie

Enjoy your visit with your daughter.  Those cakes sound good, were they easy to make?

I've heard about cake recipes using pudding mix, but never tried any.  Not that much of a cake person.  But I'll bet they're more moist and flavorful.

Have fun at your daughter's Maggie, we'll miss you.

Hugs, Marci
