I went and did my duty!  The polls were busy and they said that 25% of the people in our district had already voted and it was only 10:30.  That's excellent!  Hope you get up and get out and vote for the candidates of your choice.

Yes, we did !! George and I went about 11:30 am, walked in and out in no time.
Leanne went at 7:30 and had a 40 min wait!!!
the traffic at some locations is a nightmare!!!
It's a gorgeous day here-very mild, and kind of weird for Nov.
Hard to explain , but as I was driving home , I kept thinking -It is a mild and quiet day-reminds me of Good Friday. Something in the air that is so still. Even the leaves were falling off the tree , ever so gently floating to the ground. Kind of eerie, but peaceful. I hope it's the Lord , working his magic to get us the right man in office!!!

Yes, indeed!  Rick and I voted last week.  Mike voted this morning.  Tracy and Jamie are both heading to their voting polls right now.  The only one in our family not voting is Scot.  He didn't get around to changing his registration when he moved down here to Florida and he forgot to request an absentee ballot from Illinois.  We're all chuckling about it though because he is the only one who was going to vote for the candidate we don't want to win!  LOL!  I think Jamie may have deliberately NOT reminded him to request an absentee ballot!  LOL!  Gotta love her! (Yes, I know I'm not being nice.  Should I go stand in the corner now?)
