I just got home from afternoon calf feeding. It has been a very busy weekend. Started off Friday with the boss asking us out to dinner, we had a great time and it was a good restaurant, we had never been there, we ended up sharing two bottles of wine as my boss found something in his glass after he had poured the last of the first bottle in it, so we were given another, not like we needed it! I had salmon, with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans, we started off with appetizers an oriental type (meatballs in a crust which were deep friend and served with a sauce) and tomato bruschetta, then soup or salads. Then Saturday it was off to work, home to get ready for our company, back to do afternoon calf feeding, all of our group showed up so there were 14 of us here for food and conversation, we were up late. Today it was calf feeding, chores, church, Sunday school, potluck for pastor's appreciation, back to work and home and hubby had my chores done here. I need to wash all the dishes from last night and do my eggs. Then some of the workers from the farm are taking us out for supper! So, I really shouldn't be here, but wanted to checkin on you all. I may get back in after we go for dinner. If not, I will see you all tomorrow.

Well, you are certainly being treated special! All those meal out and then one at home! Are you beginning to waddle like me? Are we going to have to lay you down and roll you like me? Sure is good going down, though, isn't it?

Hi Boots, you've had a nice weekend but it's coming to a close and the work week is just a few hours away. that bruschetta sounded delicious.
