| Good morning Gems. As I said in my good morning post I have to do this early as I have a really busy day ahead. I'm taking Jonathan to work shortly, then I have a reflexology session booked for 1:15. I should be finished just in time to collect Jack, then Chloe from their schools. I also need to go and pick up a prescription from my surgery, I got it home on Friday and realised I'd been prescribed 30 of an item I didn't need instead of just 6 of something I did! Grrrrr Well I'm going to get something for my breakfast, think it will be porridge to warm me up, it's a cold and wet morning here in Wales. Good Morning Phil, Sounds like you are going to be busy today. I don't have anything planned for the day. Thought I would go to the grocery store, but since it is raining I will just stay in and try to catch up on some posts. Hugs, Queenie |

Good Morning phil! Off and running again I see! I think thats great because not that long ago, you had no energy at all, look how far you have come!! I am sitting here having oatmeal too, mine has rains and almonds in it.Its a damp morning here. I am just trying to catch up on posts, see what you all have been doing when i was gone and answer some jewel boxes.I got up late, was so tired.I cannot take late nights and early mornings too many days in a row.It was worth it though I had alot of fun! Hi Phil , Its afternoon here , spent the morning cleaning. we are getting some much needed rain. Is your Porridge the same thing as oat meal? Hot cerals we eat are oat meal, malt o meal, & cream of wheat. Paula |

Phil, my oatmeal, is not the premixed kind.Its just plian ole oatmeal, cooked, and then i throw in some raisins for sweetness and almonds for crunch, no sugar, milk of course. Cape |
