The lowest of the low...this is unbelievable that anyone could stoop so low. At least 6 boxes have been stolen in the Ottawa area..its despicable. Belles

You're right, it's dispicable.  Who would want to have six boxes of poppies?  What could they do with them?  Surely they would be caught if they tried to sell them!
