I didn't see your post Pam, if I had I would not have started another good afternoon.
You have been busy today. I picked up some books on tape at the library today, I thought maybe they would make my treadmill walking more inviting, we shall see.
I just had a salad and some apple cider for lunch, now I better get back to work.
