Fourteen years ago at the age of 16 a young man was coerced by his 22 yr. old teacher and lover to shoot and kill her husband.  The teacher planned the entire murder.........except for the pulling of the trigger. The young boy received a sentence of 25 to 45 years in prison. This man has spent fourteen years behind bars and has asked for the parole board to release him early.  The parents of the dead man is irate and wants him to serve the entire 25 years.

If you were the judge, what would your ruling be?  Would you release him early or would you make him serve the 25 years?  Take in to account the boy was 16 years old at the time of the murder.  But also take in to account the feelings of the dead man's parents.
