Hope I am not steping on boundrys here. We had a discussion on weight loss. Could we start weight thing. Write down what we weigh , tell what did for excerise and what loss after a week or so. Talk about hurdles along the way and just be there to pick each up when one slips for a day. I think be great having weight loss buddy. It would be of your free will.
