We are home from the Remembrance Day Ceremony.Man was it cold out there! The kids were pretty good, Christians had Jim running towards the end it was just a bit long for him.We went for lunch afterwards and that was nice and we got warmed up.Now we are home and Al is watching his war movies, they have been on all weekend and most of the week. Its a bit depressing i think! i am missing being home, we always go home for this day, and spend time at the legion wth our friends after church and ceremony, and then a nice supper with all the veterans. Alison is has been asking about "nany" alot and saying she misses her.So we are thinking of taking her down, maybe next weekend to see my mom.Thats if Melanie will let her go with us.We'd leave Friday, she has no school , and come back Sunday.I would like to go see her before the winter too, so we'll see. Hope you all are having a nice day. I am cooking Salmon for supper, what are you having? Cape |

Hi Cape. Glad to hear you got out to the Rememberance Day Services.......We didn't but watched it on TV..... Now we have company and the fridge is being moved to the lane for the Kidney Foundation to take away for selling for the metals..........This fridge is over 40 years old and believe me ...no plastic!!...lol..... Listening to the groaning and grunting it sure must be heavy..... I am going to make a steak dinner with Tom's help and it is making my mouth water already....... Good to be back in the kitchen! Hugs Sylvia |

Hello Cape, it's evening here and my roast is smelling mighty good and making me hungry. I'm glad you got to the Remembrance Services. That would be a nice trip to see your mom. Sure hope Melanie lets Alison go. I've been working on the computer all day and my back and my eyes are kinda tired. Will eat supper, take a shower and relax later on. Hope you have a good evening. Hugs, Raven |

Another busy day here. Went to work, came home and did chores, then I went to a funeral. Liz is here and I rode up with her to the naturopath, they had an opening and I had a full hour massage, boy did that feel good. We got home and did chores here and I am fixing spagetti, garlic bread, and salad for supper. It has been cold here too. Boots |

Hello Cape, Hope you warm up soon! I had a baked potato with cheese and pickle, Tony had fish and potato wedges. There's a baked sweet potato waiting for Jonathan when he gets in. Enjoy your salmon. Love Phil x x x |
