LOL - that reminds me of what my old Dad says to Gus when this happens "Would you be as fast into my grave?" LOL
The look on Modoc's face says it all, how rude his Daddy is to try and take over Modoc's couch!

Nat,

I'm guessing you did 't say, "Places Back!" We always call Places Back when we get up to leave or we lose our seat, too.

Haha! That's just what Clyde does, too! He will get right smack in the middle of the sofa and I get to chose which end I get to sit at. Do you think it's a power play or they're just plain 'ole hogging?

That pic is a 'keeper', Modoc doesn't look happy about sharing and Nat doesn't look real thrilled with the small space he got left with.

It's like 'musical chairs' around here.  You get up and there will be a Dane take your place.....kinda of like 'Well you left......and I don't see your name on it!'

Then ours are good about not just taking our place, but when you return they pretend they are asleep and can't hear you.  Or there is always the option of they get up when you come back and when you sit down they get up and just lay on top of you.  Either way they know they have us wrapped around their paw.......LOL!
