Modoc absolutely loves going to the vets.  When we're about 1/4 mile away he knows where we're at and gets all excited.  Today he got a pedicure (they have to take him in the surgery room as the patient rooms are to small to lay him down in) and well check.
They can do anything to him and he just stands there like "OK". A year ago they had to get a sterile urine sample by needle....he didn't care.  He just stood there while they did it.  Today they decided they wanted a fecal sample (if we'd known we would of brought one) so they just took one from him.  He was a little surprised but again just stood there for the procedure.  He loves the vet.  Also came out with a clean bill of health and short nails, lol,
jeri
This is him checking himself in from a few years ago, lol;

Jerri. that is one of my all time favourite photo's of Modoc, just love it, do they have a copy on the wall at the vets? They should have.
Oh I missed an airfreshener tip from Graciesmomma - can I get it again please.

Great pic.......Jeri they should definitely display that in the lobby.  Our vet displays all their pictures on a big board in the lobby.

It's great because some of them are just amazing and it makes all of us owners really proud to see a 4 paws up where everyone can see.

Yep, that one needed to be framed!

You should be able to get those airfreshners on line if you do not have a store in your area.

Jeri, obviously I adore seeing Modoc in that picture, but I get such a kick out of the receptionist apparently handing him the clipboard to fill out the form. It just slays me!!

Too cute!  Maggie does the same thing and the vet people love it too.  Dogs love the smells and attention they get there and they are out and about with us!

All my Danes have loved the vet's office.  I take them there all the time just to get weighed and petted and get some treats.  So when they have to go for something "real" they are all excited about going.

Too funny about the sperm samples, Frank.
