When you upload a video to one of the services like U-Tube or which ever service you use do they need to be sized?  If so do you do that through your video cam or can you do it on the site?  I just got this video cam for Christmas and hope to spend tomorrow's traveling time learning how to use it but I've never uploaded a video to a service.  Any hints would be appreciated,
