I couldn't connect to that link.  Some seem to think no big deal.  Weeks of absolutely no activity and the problem might resolve on its own.  Some say no big deal go in arthroscopically and scrape the crap out.  Some say try treating with Adequan.  My head is just spinning on what treatment to use.

Here is another good write up - I'll see if I can email you that other one (guess I am logged in).

All that I read is that shoulders are by far the the best joints to have involved, and that the success rate for shoulder treatment (crate rest and arthroscopic surgery) is high.
