Lol, Miss Genny gave him the cow, frog, and monkey for his secret santa present. One of the three is always with him!! Usually the monkey or the cow, but lately its been the frog...

New digital camera you say?  Oh Annie all I can say to you is be dilligent with deleting pics you don't love/need.  We have 1800 pics on our last stick- 90% of which are of Loki- 30% I would say I could do without- we had to buy a new memory stick before Christmas and I can honestly say that after the OH gets done with the camera, I have to go through and delete some of the pics.  No one needs 6 shots of the same pose-lol. 

Mr.  Barrett is one handsome guy though- maybe he doesn't take bad pics and you will get to keep them all-lol.  Even bad Dane pics are good Dane pics though really!  The O/H would like to know if he was named after the gun or the car auction or otherwise. I thought it was the gun but I might be wrong.  Hope your winter isn't as bad as ours.  Cheers, Mel and Loki.

   Iz REALLY lubz mine monkey you sended me for Christmas! Mine mommy sayz she'll take a picture of Mr. Monkey so you and yourz mommy can see how lubed he is. She says if Iz keep givin him lub nibbles there won't be much left of him soon! Iz tries to just give him baths now instead, but sometimes Iz just can't resist a little lub nibble!!

Lol Mel... My camera doesn't have too many pictures on it... They are all on my millions of flash drives!!!  I could probably delete about half of them and still have one of every pose, in every location, with every background! I try to make it a point to flip through all my pictures every so often and if I can't tell the difference between two pictures at a quick glance, I delete one of them. I've gotten really good at spotting little differences... lol! And yes, you are right. Barrett is named after the gun. The Barrett .50 cal is Brandon's "dream gun" and since he'll probably never be able to afford the gun (especially now that he has Barrett to feed!), he decided to name Barrett after it. Big dog, big gun... makes sense! We actually got some pictures of him with his 'name sake' last fall. A good friend of ours works at the gun range we frequent (the only thing either of us 'hunts' is paper targets!) and they have a Barrett .50 cal in their store, so we brought Barrett to the range one night after they closed and got a couple pictures. I was gonna post one awhile back, but I didn't know if the gun in the picture would make it "inappropriate"... It's just laying on the floor, but you never know and I didn't want to offend anyone. Oh, and its butt freaking cold here too! Last week we spent pretty much the whole week with highs of -10 degrees and windchills of -30 degrees and colder... Barrett was soooo happy to finally get outside and PLAY this weekend! We wouldn't let him out other than to go potty when it was that cold... We all had a bad case of cabin fever!

Ha Ha I'm anti gun but I would not be offended by a pix of Barret nd his name sake, lol.  We're all different and that's what makes us all fun to know.  I have no problem with people that hunt or use guns in a legal way so post away, lol,
