I have a morning routine.  Nat gets up at 5;30 I get up around 8 but I always like a cold water when I wake up.  Nat is upstairs and no way could he hear me yelling for water so I use my hard line phone and call his cell phone and just say "water", lol
On the other hand he has no idea how to do laundry, grocery shop or cook so I figure we're even, lo,
jeri

My youngest daughter, Olivia, (9 years old) is just the sweetest child (generally).   Every so often on Sunday mornings she comes down stairs and shuts my door so I can sleep. Then she gets busy in the kitchen making coffee and breakfast for me.   Usually a bowl of cereal and toast.   Problem is that when I get up it has all been sitting there a while... extremely smushy but I always choke it down.   Last time, the coffee looked muddy and I asked her how many scoops she put in ... she said eleven!!!

She is really a tender hearted girl and I am pretty lucky.

Hubby is one of those that helps with just about everything, but probably the #1 thing he does is fix breakfast every morning except the week ends.  Then I do breakfast and fix all his favorites.

Jeri I love the way you get your water delivered in the morning!

Jennifer what a darling you have there and even if the coffee is a bit 'thick' and the cereal a little soggy......it's all out of love, what a darling she is.  Great pic!  Looks like one of Zap's relatives.  Both daughter and Dane are beauties!

Well I just had a bitch fit the other night because my husband and daughter do very little around the house .  I came home the next day from work to find the dog mess cleaned up outside, the laundry folded, cat litter cleaned out . . .   I need to blow up more often .  not really .

My daughter avoids bed time by brushing my hair.  I love having my hair brushed, so I can overlook bedtime a bit.

Hubby really doesn't do allot around the house as far as cleaning or cooking URGH he was raised by his grandparents and because of that he is very very old fashioned thinking he wont even push the cart at the grocery store. Anyway well the other day I was so aggravated and I decided to take some me time so i left the house and came home and he had all the laundry done, and some dishes and had cleaned the cat box.
BUT
He left the litter in the spare bathroom trashcan, left the clean dishes in the dishwasher, and left the clean laundry in a giant mound at the bottom of the closet. The intention was there just not so much on the followthrough
