"Besides, When do they ever except when they have to?" he raised an eyebrow as he set his book down on the table and leaned his elbows on the table. "So- why didja wanna meet me here? Couldn't have picked somewhere else like...outside?"
She regarded him with a partially amused look and he shook his head. "Ok, point taken. But you'd probably have more fun with Ducky at lunch than me- even if he is tryna get it on with Lyric. Be more entertaining to you than I would. I normally just hide out. This ain't like home. Everybody here is so...I dunno- busy? I kinda miss the quiet." he sighed and looked down at the table. He missed home, no matter much he hated what happened it was still where his roots were. He looked back up at her and shrugged. "So enlighten me- what do you do when Ducky's attempting to hump Lyrics leg? Sit back and watch?" he winked at her.
