Infinite Spiral   It is a turning over and again lost in darkness Brought forth is the small glimmer of hope Of days gone by in happiness Those times we held the spark of life so sacred beyond the darkness   There was no shadow to cross the land Terra was growing indeed warm But there was no extinction of a species We turned our hand aside and became destroyers   The great land held fragile now in our grasp Far cry it is that comes from deep within the mother now We being those that were once close to her stand on the edge The infinite spiral can take us forever downward   Or do we yet hope for mercy?   -Dan
