With regards to what happened over the last weekend and how people feel now I would like to address a few things.

(1) Debunker et el have said they have my peronal details, these include name and address, whether they did or not I don't know. My phone no. is ex-directory so even if they had found out who I was, there was no way they could have got the phone no. Debunker has done some underhanded things, he has trolled us and openly admitted on his own forum to having a lot of sock puppetts. After the incident with BB and the threads that have been created about our members on sangfroid, there was no way that he would be welcome on this forum, but that is besides the point. What happened was Nbrado engaged into conversation via PM with NeverAlone, who turned out to be debunker and then changed his username and welcomed him onto this forum. Nbrado then posted up what he had done, he never consulted with myself or the other mods at all about this decision to have DeBunker back. If he had done we, especially myself, would have said No Way and that would have been the end of it. But Nbrado did not do this he went straight out onto the forum and done this. I was livid as I said many times but I overturned his decision and banned DeBunker.

(2) Members were up in arms about Debunker being welcome on this forum and the mods and Admin were getting PM's saying what is going on? Why is he allowed on here? We are not staying if DeBunker is back. I took the decision, afterall I am the site owner and I am ultimately responsible for what happens on this site, and got rid of Debunker. After I got rid of Debunker I got verbal abuse of Nbrado. I was prepared to let it go and put it down to him being annoyed and hotheaded. But one thing I didn't want was all this hassle and nastiness. Members were thinking we were behind DeBunker coming back, and we were NOT. Yes a post went up by mods and Admin telling people we never knew anything about it and it was not discussed with us until after the decision was made.

(3) Yes I did post put that I would be prepared to step down, if members thought I had made a bad choice about getting rid of DeBunker, but members asked me to stay on and I did and I received a lot of PM's supporting me and my decision.

(4) I sent an e-mail, saying to Nbrado why I got rid of Debunker and saying we could overcome this and get back to normal. But the e-mails and msn conversations I received from Nbrado since I overturned his decision were nasty, abusive. I do have these e-mails and I am willing to post them up.

(5) Apart from the post that was put on the the thread we never took this argument anywhere, in fact the person that did take it was Nbrado, straight to a chat room associated with the3arguidos, again which I own. I was relieved of my Admin rights of the chatroom by Nbrado and I had my account deleted. So on Friday Nbrado was in the chat room slagging off the mods and admin, ranting and raving and it was not until 1am Saturday morning that I finally took control of the chatroom and could get them out.

(6) One of the e-mails received from Nbrado said that he could take the codes out because he had a back door into the server at anytime he wished. Many people have spent hours posting on this forum and gathering information and compiling informative posts. I was not going to see their hardwork and dedication ruined because Nbrado felt grieved and was threatening to pull the plug on us. I contacted Beowulf and asked for his help. I instructed him to take over the server and take control of the server side of this forum.

(7) Nbrado had said he put codes in, Beowulf and myself asked him to tell us which codes and we would remove them. He never did, there was no way was I agreeing to his plan of him removing the codes and sending us the stuff to backup the forum. He had admitted to putting in a backdoor so I was not prepared to take his word for sending us stuff to backup with not knowing really what was in there.

(8) I know Nbrado spent a lot of time on this forum, but there again all the mods and Admin have. I trusted Nbrado and feel rather let down that he would do such a thing. Nbrado said he would look after the server and not the forum anymore, he would not do the phpbb updates or anything and that was now down to us.

(9) Nbrado did have backup tapes, and in the eyes of the law, they are my property and if he prints one piece of information from those back up tapes, the hosts have told me to file a DCMA (copyright) and to take the matter further as he has no right to do this. It is just like someone working for you, having a back up of your Company's database and then when you have to either fire them or they leave, threatening to expose your database. Sorry in my eyes that is wrong. That is law breaking.

(10) Yes Nbrado did post my name and address and telephone no. all over the internet and he sent me an e-mail saying that he had done it and now everyone knew who owned the3arguidos because he has also e-mailed Carter Ruck and the investigation team of Find Madeleine.

(11) We never asked or negotiated with sangfroid or JHL to set up a temporary forum or create a forum.

(12) Nbrado imo made a bad call the day he decided to do a deal with DeBunker, but it was not a reason to out him and remove him from the forum. The reason for outing him and removing him from the forum was because of the chatroom escapade where he was slagging off and abusing mods and admin on Friday and because of the abusive conversations I had with him via msn on Friday and the e-mails I received. This could have been easily rectified with one post on Thursday night or Friday. "Sorry guys and girls, I made a bad call, sorry Debunker you are the weakest link, goodbye". I was not prepared to lose a lot of members because of DeBunker and I will hold that stance.

(13) Finally yes we have lost members, some because they feel that their security and privacy was invaded, but again that was not by us, that was due to a threat of exposing PM's etc. Anyway how I look on it, a person that would make threats to expose members and make mods and admins lives hell, is not worthy of a position of Admin or Mod on any forum. Some members were banned for 24hrs to cool off and some of the bannings and deactivations of other members were lifted when we finally got back into business.

(14) Admins main priority is to maintain security and we will do this, we do not sell e-mail addys, we do not devulge them to third parties, never have and never will.

Above all apart from the spat on the board about Debunker, this has been bought to everyones attention and other forums by Nbrado by his conduct in the chatroom and other forums. To be honest I could have pulled the plug on Friday when all this was going on, but I didn't. There would have been no 3a's or anything if I had done that, and I was within my rights to have any forum pulled that was created using the back up tapes from this forum. I spent my entire weekend trying to sort this mess out. I am willing to post up the e-mails etc and msn chat conversations for you all to see and make up your own mind. But personally I would prefer to lay the matter to rest and get back to running this forum.

I don't want to see anybodies life ruined but I will take steps if need be, especially if it means someone is going to compromise this forum. To me this forum is like a home and the members are like family and admin and mods all feel the same and will do anything to protect this forum and our community.
