This two photos are supposed to be taken on the same day, so the mc spin machine want us to beleive. Even a blind person can see that's impossible!!!
==============08<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<
Unfortunately nevermind it is not impossible, the reason for change of attire was due to....blah blah. What evidence have you got to refute this statement.
One photo was done AM the other after lunch PM. You see that logical deducing became a fallacy in one minute. If those photos were say timestamped within 15mins (this would be about the limit to take into account the return to apartment and change of clothing) Yes the ball would literally be back in the Mcs court (terrible pun sorry). The only other anomaly worthy of an explanation is the hat and the bead, both absent in one picture or the other WHY the bead and WHY is she wearing a different coloured hat?

So just why would the McCanns consider that Ms Baker's testimony is crucial to clearing their name?
Surely Ms Baker has given her statement to the PJ, and, surprise surprise, they STILL made them arguidos.
Perhaps if they can contact her and persuade her to change her story, you know, say that she was mistaken when she made her statement in early May, but now remembers much more clearly, you know, like Jane tanner
If Ms Baker HAD given a statement to the PJ then
she would be bound by Portuguese secrecy laws
and would NOT be able to speak to newspapers
AT ALL. If she did she would face police charges!
All the proper witnesses are NOT allowed to discuss
the case with journalists!!
You seem to think that Catriona Baker has made statements to the press. Nothing could be further from the truth. Read the article in the OP again. You'll find that all her comments are attributed to "a friend" or "friends"
What the hell does that mean?
Normally, in the McMail, it refers to none other than Clarence Mitchell (IMO)

Do you know what's a subliminal message?
===================================
Of course I do a subliminal message is a signal or message embedded in another object, designed to pass below the normal limits of perception. ...
in the context of the tennis photo and the comment wrote by bod?
I'm thinking hypothetically that the tennis ball photo was not accounted for by the Mcs in it's initial realise, as some posters have commented it was shown without any date/time stamp at the time, this was certainly overlooked and hawk eye lawyer picked this up, later on and now what?
The Mcs have a huge undeniable problem that is the 3/5 comings and goings and moreover the placement and proof of a living M up to Gs check at 21;10 approx. Thankfully Bod is a signed up witness for the Mcs and is instructed to author a piece dedicated to explain a living M was seen (relate to tennis photo) albeit through her account of the morning of 3/5, this tries but opens up a can of Q's concerning Ms appearance that day, cos both AM(if to believed) & PM don't marry in her clothing and head wear that day.
So I would say it could be defined as a subliminal message as the two aren't shown together thus far. What do you say?

Here's another two accounts of contradictory timelines for Maddie on May 3rd.
In the 1st one she's having her tea at 5:30pm:
'The McCann family friend said: “Madeleine went to the kids?club in the afternoon, after the photograph was taken at the pool. There are written records and witnesses.
“Madeleine was there while Kate and Gerry played tennis with the tennis professional and other witnesses. She had high tea at 5.30pm with staff at the kids?club. She was picked up shortly before 6pm by Kate and Gerry.
“After that Kate and Gerry went home, got the kids ready for bed and got ready to go out for their meal. '
~ "Put up or shut up, Madeleine McCann police told", 22/09/07
In the 2nd one, however, she's having high tea at the kids' club at 5pm:
"Gerry had knocked up at the start of the 4.30pm tennis-drills session, but had decided not to exacerbate an injury to his Achilles tendon, so had dropped out and waited around by the courts until the children came back from the kids?clubs at 5pm for tea. That had been one of the most enjoyable times of the holiday, all the children together for tea, then the adults playing with them afterwards.",
~ David James Smith, "Kate and Gerry McCann: Beyond the smears", 16/12/07
Notice how the story changed when accusations that Kate was mentally unstable began to emerge. IIRC, the witness accounts also changed around this time, too, especially some concerning Pennington which had hitherto been hailed by Team McCann as proving their innocence.

What is very confusing about the tennis photo of Madeleine is why this was released as early as 7th May ( could have been earlier ) and Philomena Mccann was sending it out as an e-poster, yet the pool photo the supposedly last photo was not released until the end of May.
Why was there such a time difference? why not release them both together?

As others have said, there is no direct quote in the OP article from the nanny, all "attributions".
And while we are at it, how about this -
"The young nanny, described as 'fun and vivacious', has been deeply affected by Madeleine's disappearance, telling friends of nights without sleep and a complete loss of appetite.
Writing to one concerned friend nine days after Madeleine disappeared, she admitted: 'I was her nanny, so it's been tough for me, you wouldn't recognise me.
'It's hit me so hard I've hardly slept or eaten."
Sounds like she was more upset than even Kate McCann, who after just five days had no trouble sleeping, which were her own words on the Woman's Hour interview.

Good strategy this one of the mc pr/spin team.
The more billsuht is released into the ether the harder is the hunting for the truth!
I can imagine how deep the PJ has to dig?
This is layer upon layer upon layer upon layer………?upon layer of billsuht upon a thin layer of truth

++++
Indeed so. And by August she'd cast aside any lingering traces of guilt:
Woman's Hour interviewer: "Do you feel guilty about leaving your children alone while you dined with your friends?"
Kate McCann: “I have actually come to terms with that.?
