The article was published on the 14th of September 2007 and the accompanying picture shows Kate and Gerry going to their lawyers Kingsley Napleys secret meeting that day. The man driving the car is barrister Angus McBride.A quick glance at the enlarged picture here;
clearly shows that the Parking Permit for the car they are sitting in has expired.The date on the permit is 31.08.2007.
Why is their barrister breaking the law ?

I doubt if it's illegal in any criminal sense but it may be a civil offence if he parked it where it's required that a current permit is displayed.
