As Robert Murat as been able to sue newspapers ,does this mean , he as been ruled out of the case by the PJ .? If he as been ruled out, and was only trying to help and as suffered the indignity of being thought of as being involved. Does this not deserve for the Mccanns and their freinds to apologise to him ?
