Hi all

I may be off the mark with this .... but I have a suspicion of what may be afoot...

While it's great news that RM is getting an apology (and a payday) I am surprised that the amount is so low bearing in mind the widespread libel (the amount of papers etc).... If you work out which each paper has shelled out it's not that much at all.....

So - maybe the very clever Max has done a deal along the lines of: give us the apology and a financial gesture now....and we'll take the bigger lump sum when we give you the exclusive when it's all over.
