One of the computers taken from Robert Murat's house has references to an English citizen, the owner of a yacht
in the marina of Lagos. The theory they
are following is that Madeleine was led to the boat
in the marina of lagos, this is being seen as the most reasonable lead by the PJ. The abductor could then have gone to another country, one named is morocco and this is strengthened by a sighting of a girl with a man at the marina on the same night. The English man is supposed to have had the boat for a number of years and lives on it, but also travels to other countries. When the owner of a boat wishes to leave the marina they only have to give the time they want to leave and how many people
are leaving, nobody goes on the boat to check the identity of the occupants. The recent description of a man that police
are looking to speak to is then given. I'm
not quite sure of the next part (something about Interpol) but it then goes on to say that with nothing concrete the PJ continue to see Marraquexe,
in Morocco as being the strongest lead, this is fuelled by a sighting of a girl
in a petrol station asking for her mum.
