CBS 48 hours Mystery, "Where's Maddie?"

It was a good program but not a lot of information there that we didn't know, with the exception being this new journalist, Joe Muora & Francisco Marco.

I hadn't realized that Madeleine had actually had her 1st tennis lesson on the day she was abducted. This was when she told Kate, "Mummy, today was my best day ever."

John Corner was who initiated the media campaign with his video footage of Madeleine, after Gerry had called him to say that Madeleine was missing.

It was stated that Kate & Madeleine have a very strong bond. The question was then asked, why did she leave Maddie alone? I didn't really hear an answer to this.

The journalist from CBS, Joe Muora, was born in Portugal. We've read that he doesn't believe the parents are guilty but it was good to see his expression when he said that there was "no way" they were involved. He also told that the group typically stayed at Tapas until 12:00-12:30 a.m. every night, but drank only 6-7 bottles of wine every night. You also can't see the doors of the apartment from the Tapas. He said there was no way they could have seen anyone going in or out. He also gathered that they did not check the children as has been stated (I think we've heard this), and that only 1 man left the table routinely.

Kelvin McKenzie from the Sun said "Britain is a nation of arm chair detectives" over the Madeleine case.

Ed Smart, Father of Elizabeth Smart, from the U.S. talked about how the media was saying that he was involved with Elizabeth's abduction and that he & his brothers had some kind of homosexual thing going on. He said that the press tried to tear his family apart. ***I think this is what they are doing to Kate & Gerry as well***

John Ramsey, Jon Benet's Dad, was also tortured by the media. They didn't treat him well because he didn't seem caring enough...similarly to Kate now.

The best of all was seeing Francisco Marco, P.I. saying that he was 100% certain that Madeleine was alive. He said they know who the kidnapper is, how he did it, and they were very close to Madeleine. Above all else, I hope & pray that this is true!!
