Alright, I was messing around the interior of my Patrol today, and opened up the passenger side kick panel vent. Opened and closed just fine. Went to open the drivers side one, and hmm... no rod...

So I take a flat-tip screwdriver and pry the cover open. It didnt give me hardly any trouble! But once it was open, it fell to the ground. Turned out it was held in by a small spring, and that is it. No mounts or anything like the passenger side. So anyways, I take the vent cover from the drivers side over to the passenger side to compare... WHOA! EVERYTHING is different! From what is left of the hinges on the drivers side, I can tell they are WAY different! Not only that, but the passenger side one is raised around the edges, and kinda dips in in the center. The drivers side one is totally flat and featureless.

So this got me to thinking... did they use two different vents for each side!? Is one fender not original!? If so, which one is original and which one isnt? I know I can add some new mounts, but its just the fact... ya know?

So what is up guys!?
