I just pulled my engine out to be rebuilt. Now I am trying to get the transmission off of the engine. The bolts are removed from inside the bellhousing. I can not get a socket on the top nut. Is there a special tool for this? How do you get to the bottom bolts? Thank you, Willie |

You need to separate the gearbox from the bellhousing, then remove the clutch assembly and flywheel.
Only then can you access the bellhousing nuts.
