This 65 Nissan Patrol was acquired in 1967 and has been in my hands ever since (I learned to drive in this vehicle). It's in very good condition and is driven every day. It has a canvas top (the 7th).
Some minor modifications include a Vacuum Booster for the brakes, a limiting valve for the rear brakes, a self made adapter to use spin-type oil filters, an alternator instead of the generator, and the center console has a number of gages including a big rpm meter. The seats were replaced with individual front seats.
The engine in the Patrols is a derivative of an International Harvester engine. Exact bore and stroke.
I own 2 parts catalogues: a 1962 (a beauty) and a 1976. Also an original 1975 Service Manual.
I also have the original Owners Manual.
