This is what I did to the rear of my g60 to give a 3 to 4  inch lift (with longer shackles) to a stock ride height.
This depends a bit on the coils used.
The coils were from an old road car,the round section is pipe with a collar mounted on it welded onto 3 x 1/4 flat with threaded rod anchoring it in place on the bottom and the top has two 3/8 bolts securing it to the chassis
This photo shows the anti roll bar still there but I have since removed it
This mod really improved the ride of the vehicle and for about 30 bucks of parts it is a cheap one too
Can you stick this onto forum pls.
Ps there is a nylon ring between the spring and the steel to stop squeeks but I dont know if it it actually does anything
This doesnt squeek but I havent tried it without them to test
