Key Lime Cake
 
1 box lemon cake mix
 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1 c. oil
4 large eggs
1 Tblsp. key lime juice, let some spill over
2 drops green food color
 
Mix all together according to time on box.  Bake at 325º for 45 min.
  
 Icing
 2 c. powdered sugar
 1/3 c. key lime juice
 Cream Cheese Icing
 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick margerine
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. key lime juice (let some spill over)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
 Mix all together and spread over cake.  *Note...the icing is really good but the cream cheese icing is absolutely wonderful!
