4 Large tortillas
4 cups of Spanish rice
2 cups Enchilada sauce
1 lb. hamburger/chicken
1 cup diced Tomato
2 cup of shredded cheese
2 cup diced onion
1 can refried beans
Cook the meat. Combine with refried beans, cheese, and onions. Layer the bottom of baking dish with spanish rice, place burritos on top. Fill the sides of the pan with spanish rice, and cover with enchilada sauce, cheese & onions. Bake @ 450 for 15 to 20 mins. let it stand cool and top with tomatoes.
