Trick-or-Treat Popcorn Balls
5 qts. popped popcorn
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 t. cold water
1 t. vanilla or cinnamon extract
2-3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. mini marshmallows
Place popcorn in a very large bowl or roasting pan; remove any unpopped kernels and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Carefully pour hot mixture over popcorn, coating each kernel. Spray hands with non-stick vegetable spray and quickly shape into balls. Makes about 1-1/2 dozen.
