Green Rice

1 lg jar Cheese whiz
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Milk
1 stick Margarine (I use light parkay), cut into slices
1-10 oz pkgs Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups Minute rice, uncooked
Salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix the Cheese Whiz, soup, and milk together.
Stir in the rice. Fold in broccoli and sliced margarine. Pour into sprayed 3 qt round baking dish, (it will be creamier baked in a deeper dish like a casserole dish instead of a 9x13.  but you can use the 9x13 too). Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake about 30-45 minutes uncovered. ½ way through baking, stir all the melted margarine that floats to the top into casserole. Stir well.
Then continue baking till golden on top.
