Upload your tags the way you normally would, at the bottom of each tag is a checkbox, check the tags you want to upload, Once you have  them checked at the bottom of the page is a "Generate HTML and IMG code" button, Click the button and it will take you to a new page with lots of boxes to choose from, if you want to post the small thumbnails, use the code from the first box, if you want to post the tags normal size use the second box, the top 2 boxes each have a preview button.. Use them to double check

And you need to use HTML on your MSN message to post the code.. thought id add that just incase.

just click on the little thumbnails to be brought to the bigger tag to save.
