Debbi's Grandma's Sour Cream Potatoes
(church supper potatoes)

 

Ingredients:
1 Lg pkg frozen hashbrown's (Mr. Dell's or any brand)
1 Stick margarine
1 Med onion chopped
1 can Cream of chicken OR Cream of mushoroom soup

½ can Milk
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 - 16 oz Carton sour cream

Salt to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt margarine in 9 x 13 pan. Then mix remaining ingredients in same pan.
3. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
