I found this in my October edition of The American Rifleman, it states as follows:

WARNING

Buyers Of Rottweil - Brennke
Rifled Slug Ammunintion

"Rottweil Bernneke Rifled Slug ammunition is subject to the following warning and notice."
"A limited number of rifled slugs may fail to clear the barrel completely upon firing. Although this is unlikely to occur, a follow-up shot could result in catastrophic failure of the barrel, and could cause property damage or severe personal injury. The company is undertaking a program to identify and recover all affected rifled slugs. As a precaution, RUAG Armmotec GmbH will have the product returned at no charge, and refund the purchase price. This program applies only to rifled slugs with batch numbers bearing the letters X, Y or Z as the fourth digit and batch numbers 52 VW 4 & 53 KA 3, no other rifled slugs are involved."

'We ask that you call the toll-free number for the Rifled Slug Refund Program at: 1-866-464-4767'

I thought this would be important info, since some of you guys / gals shoot slugs.

Yikes!!  From the description, it sounds like they had insufficient powder charges in them.  This is definitely not a good thing with a Brennike slug.  Thanks for the head's up.

A definite thanks for the warning! Fortunately, I use Express slugs.
