You ought to purchase the one or ones that describe the disassembly of your particular firearm (and each firearm has its own exploded view).
My Cobra FS32 came with a manual and it has an exploded view, but nowhere does it give a step by step description on how to take it apart. I clean the barrel and moving parts as well as I can, but cannot break it down to clean it thoroughly. Recommendations?

Since I don't have the gun itself, I went to the Cobra Enterprises website and looked at the exploded view of the pistol for ideas.  My guess is the take down is similar to some other guns like this.

1.  Remove the magazine.

2.  Slowly pull the slide back while lifting up on the rear.  I think you will find a dismount notches for the slide.  Once the slide disengages from its rails, move it forward and off the barrel.  The recoil spring is mounted around the barrel.  This should allow you to clean just about anything inside.  The FS32 is a striker-fired pistol.  You should be able to clean and lubricate the innards without much trouble.

3.  Reassembly is also straight forward.  Put the recoil spring on the barrel.  Install the slide over the recoil spring/barrel and draw it to the rear while pushing down on the back.  The slide should snap back down into its rails when it gets to the dismount notches.  Cycle the slide to check that everything works OK.  Check function by pulling trigger to see if striker cocked and releases.

4.  Insert magazine.

Otherwise, I would send an e-mail or call customer service to have them walk me though this.
