I tried shooting a bow, just once. Feeling like a fat Robin Hood, I pulled the string back almost touching my ear. Twang! I released the string..the arrow whistled out, I felt intense pain as I saw the arrow disapeer past the target never to be found again. My cheek was burning from the string that grazed it and took some skin with it. My forearm had a glorious size welt, from where the string bounced off. Hence, no more fat Robin Hood....I'll stick to guns! LOL |
