The Lamesteam press was crowing about how Exxon-Mobil made record profits in the 3rd Quarter of 2008.  Somehow, they buried in the story that Exxon-Mobil ALSO paid record TAXES on that 3rd Quarter money.  Well, gee.  The Lamesteam Media had their panties in a knot when oil reached $150 a barrel.  But now that it's dropped to $65 a barrel, where's the outrage? 

 

Where are the idiot Reps and Senators calling the oil execs in for grilling about the low prices of oil?  After all, when the price of oil DROPS, the amount of TAXES also drops.  We can't have this, now can we?  Solution: We have to RAISE taxes to makeup for the shortfall!  Yeah, that's the solution. 

 

Don't worry though, Obama wants to raise everybody's taxes to give 40 percent of Americans who DON'T PAY any income taxes a $500 to $1,000 welfare check.  Meanwhile, you suckers with jobs get to pay for them and then some more.
