New Orleans, LA (NOLA) is going to be paying for a lot of damages from: (1) outright theft of property (supposedly being kept secure) and (2) guns stored improperly (rusty, damaged) and (3) for damaged caused by improper handling by the NOLA PD.  This means NOLA is going to be buying a lot of new guns for residents who had them illegally taken from them by force.

 

I think this is a golden opportunity for those who were victimized to upgrade their guns.
