Personally, I'd call 911 on the cell before I ever left the car. The neighborhood and time of day would determine whether I left the car to render aid, or simply sat in my car and waited for help before leaving the protection of my vehicle. Being a licensed nursing assistant, I am bound by law to render what aid I can, under threat of losing my license if I refuse to do so. BUT, this scenario has been used as a ploy to get people to stop, then suddenly the "victim" is fine, and engaged in either robbery, rape, and or car jacking. I tend to trust no one in this day and age. |
