South Carolina Recognizes Right-to-Carry Permits!

Friday, September 26, 2008

Please Keep Checking www.NRAILA.org for Further Updates!

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has added Virginia, Florida and Kentucky to the list of states whose valid Right-to-Carry (RTC) permits will now be recognized in South Carolina.  These additions are due to the passage of H 3212, the RTC reciprocity reform legislation NRA promoted during last session.

It is our hope that even more states will be added to the list, and we anticipate other states will also add South Carolina to their lists of RTC permits they will recognize, if they have not done so already.
