The second amendment's clause"..the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" makes it sacrosanct! There is no other interpretation. Any local, state or federal law infringing on that right is automatically unconstitutional! It's right there in print "shall NOT be infringed!" Your background checks, waiting periods, etc... are illegal. Any government that tries to take away its citizenry's right to have guns is fearful of its citizens' right to run their own lives! The government has no right to control guns. In the second amendment's case, gun control only means using both hands!  |
