Wow Bigguy. These storys always remind me of things . I know when there is a breeze at the shop,,, our big lake will be rough,,,too rough for a 12 fter and such. I know if I see white caps on the little lake, on the 3 lake system there will be monsters on the big lake,,, and you better have a big boat . Our middle lake will always be reasonable but it's the getting there or returning from there that can swamp you...Funny how some of us pick up on such things as to how far the trees move and such, and use it as an indicator, where some never will . I don't remember how,when or why I picked up on this years and years ago, but think it was likely when buddy and I cannoed these three lakes fishing when we were kids. I also believe when you see a large increase in activity by birds and squirrels that fishing will be better because there is inclement weather moving in . Another great story Bigguy .
