The Black Sturgeon Road is pretty good from the highway at Hurkett to the Camp 42 Road.  It was graded about three weeks ago.

After the 42 road you find a lot of my most hated road condition, washboard!  the road is also pretty rough, with a trailer you're gonna be under 40 clicks per for sure.  The section between the Muskrat turn off and the no hunting zone before Outward bound is full of holes and washboard.

The Muskrat road isn't that bad, there are deep holes 1/2 full of water and ice ontop,  a sudden lurch when you break the ice.  The same is true for the Little Sturge Road.  All the roads are starting to freeze solid with a fair amount of ridges and deep tracks.  Care is called for.

There is vertually no snow up to Spruce River.  Some white and icy sections but the snow is still not sticking.
